This Terms of Use Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you and Meme Stock Watch LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our") governing your use of our services. By using the memestockwatch.com website (the "Website"), you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Website.

You may choose from various subscription plans offered on MemeStockWatch.com. Each plan's details, features, and fees are listed on our website.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked. Access to the service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

No refunds are provided once a payment is processed. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel your subscription in advance.

A 14-day free trial is available for the Platinum Plan, with a $1 activation fee to prevent bot signups.

Payments are processed through Stripe, which accepts most payment methods except PayPal.

Recurring payments are automatically processed on the due date. If a payment fails, access to the Discord community will be restricted until the payment is successfully retried (usually within 1-3 days).

In the event of a failed payment, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue and restore access.

To sign up, select your desired plan, create an account, and verify your email. After payment, you'll receive a Discord link to join the community. Use the "get-access" channel in Discord to verify your membership.

Platinum Plan members can access TradingView indicators by entering their TradingView username in the "indicator-access" channel in Discord. Indicators will then be available under the "invite-only" section in TradingView.

All content, tools, and indicators provided on MemeStockWatch.com and within the Discord community are protected by intellectual property rights. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, or redistributing any content without prior written permission.

Members may interact with analysts, including James and Gavin, who are available throughout the day to provide insights and answer questions.

Members are expected to maintain a respectful and professional environment within the community. Violations may result in a suspension or termination of access without refund.

MemeStockWatch.com reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time for violations of community guidelines or other terms outlined here.

Members earn 30% lifetime recurring revenue for every referral. For example, if a referred user subscribes to the Platinum Plan ($75 after the trial), you will earn $22.50 monthly as long as they remain subscribed.

Referral payouts are made via PayPal.
